Views 'Sort by', 'Asc' and 'Desc' are not full translatable

Problem/Motivation

I created a view with exposed sort for a multilanguage site. I can translate the 'Sort by', 'Asc' and 'Desc' within the view into ONE (other) language but not by the translation system.

    I can verify this is still a valid bug

    Fresh D11 install
    Install the translation modules
    Add a 2nd language
    Verify there is a translation for Asc on the user translation page.
    Go to a random view with a sort.
    Switch to the 2nd language
    See that (Asc) still shows in english.
