On Drupal 9.3.x-dev with the latest ckeditor5 version (Commit 2073a94 on 1.0.x containing ckeditor5 version 31.0.0) and claro set as the admin theme I've noticed an odd behavior at admin/config/content/formats
when i try to configure the ckeditor5 text format. Each vertical tab past the headings tab on top auto collapses if a certain configuration is changed on viewports smaller than 1360px. e. g changing the select box setting in the language tab or enable or disable the image upload checkbox in the image upload tab (see the ckeditor5.mov). If you try the same in the standard Full HTML
text format the issue isn't taking place. So it isn't something vertical tab related in core in general but ckeditor5 exclusive it looks like?
Addendum: Initially i've only tested with Safari 13.1.2 on MacOS 10.13.6. But now retested with Firefox 93.0 and Chrome95.0.4638.54. The described issue happens in all of them.
