Deprecated error /PHP. 8.0 Drupal 9

I'm experiencing the same problem. Tried the patch referenced in #9 and #11 on both module 1.13 and dev version but patch fails to apply in both cases. I'm running Drupal 9.5.2, PHP 8.1.13
