Problem/Motivation

Drupal 10 is scheduled to ship sometime in 2022 → . We should plan what to do with each of our JavaScript dependencies.
CKEditor is not part of this list, it will be handled as part of ✨ Add CKEditor 5 module to Drupal core Fixed
