WebP images are not regenerated when using image_widget_crop

Closed 🐛 Webp Image not being updated when the Focalpoint/crop entity is Updated Needs review as a duplicate.

I've tested patch #12 in Drupal 10.2.7 and it works. I confirm RTBC status.
