Option to skip adding default body fields

This issue is being reviewed by the kind folks in Slack, #needs-review-queue-initiative. We are working to keep the size of Needs Review queue [2700+ issues] to around 400 (1 month or less), following Review a patch or merge request → as a guide.

Thank you @ranjith_kumar_k_u for the patch, Applied the patch in Drupal 10, and works properly by removing the body field from the content type and blocks if added new types in Drupal with $settings['omit_adding_default_body'] = TRUE; in the settings file.

This would need a change record.

But not sure if this is a setting that warrants being in settings.php.

Personally since it takes a few seconds to delete the field this would be a won't fix.

But if others want to work on it, think it will need a setting on the content type creation form to omit the body field.
