Media library wrong limit selection issue

as per the #14 looked to the issue, issue is reproducible on drupal version 10.1.x so i rerolled the patch corresponding the the #16, also attaching the reroll diff along, Issue got resolved at my end, please review.

Is this a duplicate of https://www.drupal.org/project/drupal/issues/3059955 🐛 It is possible to overflow the number of items allowed in Media Library Fixed ? That issue has a longer history and for more followers.

#16 patch didn't work for Drupal 10
but another #176 → from refs # 3059955 - It is possible to overflow the number of items allowed in Media Library 🐛 It is possible to overflow the number of items allowed in Media Library Fixed work fine

If the patch from https://www.drupal.org/project/drupal/issues/3059955#comment-15111076 🐛 It is possible to overflow the number of items allowed in Media Library Fixed solves this issue (and has been committed to core) then I'm closing this ticket as a duplicate.
