Strange URL parameters in Language Switcher menu (?s=1234 or ?s=www.yumiaolb.cn)

Info:

  • Drupal core: 8.8.6
  • nginx: 1.14.0
  • PHP: 7.3.18.

I've noticed that Language Switcher on my live site adds random search strings on the end of URL:
Only for visitors, admins are not able to visit changed URLs.

Example:

I did search on DB, files, core, index.php, user, cookies but wasn't able to find anything suspicious.
Does anyone has any idea how to check what is the reason behind such behavior?

Update: issue is related to the Cache Poisoning
