There was a question if it would be more appropriate for a dialog title to use a header tag. Based on the example here this seems to be the recommendation https://www.w3.org/TR/wai-aria-practices/examples/dialog-modal/dialog.html

Investigate how to accomplish this, The title is added inside jQueryUI so it's likely something would need to be overridden or done in an event listener.

To my knowledge the dialog header was actually updated to H1 (sorry can't find the ticket but rkoller believe worked on it as an acccessibility issue).
