On some viewport widths, the dropbuttons on the Views UI overlap with headings. This makes some of the headings illegible on some viewport widths. This is a pre-existing problem in Seven theme which now impacts Claro.
After ✨ Add new Splitbutton render element to eventually replace Dropbutton Needs work has been resolved, allow dropbuttons to be rendered below the heading when there isn't enough space. Unfortunately, this probably cannot be resolved before the dropbuttons have been converted to splitbuttons, because the width of the dropbuttons can change when the tray is opened.
