Problem/Motivation

#2746541: Migrate D6 and D7 node revision translations to D8 → introduced a new better way to migrate node content that support revisions and translations migrated in the right order. It was too late to remove the old solution before Drupal 9 but we should not have both solutions in Drupal 10.

Proposed resolution

We should deprecate the old classic node migration plugin before Drupal 10.
