Views query excludes items when both an exposed and normal Taxonomy Term filter is used

Views module is negating an argument with no reason apparently when 2 filters (one of them exposed) are used. This argument which is being negated is coming from a filter that has required arguments, thus producing no results.

I'm attaching a screenshot showing the bug.
