Instead of subscribing to an event, I wrote the code you suggested (almost identical) before and after dispatching it because it was a quick way to see the final result.

But I can't see any text for the footer. Do I need extra styling or something else on my twig template?

I tried #33 also, and it didn't work either, but I guess because that is for Dompdf
