Add explicit test coverage for the logging of Nightwatch testing

Problem/Motivation

1. #2869825: Leverage JS for JS testing (using nightwatch) → introduced Nightwatch testing.
2. #3059356: [Security] Update yarn packages to fix 19 vulnerabilities by updating nightwatch → broke the logging of Nightwatch testing.
3. 📌 Add console logs to all Nightwatch tests Needs work fixed the logging of Nightwatch testing.

Proposed resolution

Add test coverage to prevent this from breaking again.
