Use Leaflet GDPR conform

Great discussion here, many good points!

I referred to it in the Starshot issue Make Starshot compliant from day one (GDPR in the EU, etc.) #79, see also Use Geofield and Leaflet modules for maps, to respect user privacy #81.

I just created ✨ Add support for GDPR-friendly openstreetmap.de Needs review , which could be relevant for followers of this issue.

We're happy to support this development at COOKiES! Busy times on our side currently, but we'll do what we can. :)

THYMC: We implemented consent with Klaro! module. Maybe it helps you for your integration (or you can use Klaro!)

indeed the Klaro module looks an effective solution to this issue, with its service to block Leaflet ( https://www.drupal.org/project/klaro/issues/3491325 ✨ Add service to block Leaflet Active )
and the new Leaflet 10.2.28 release → already supports it!
