if i understand correctly this poll voting works on IP addresses.
Is there anyway to view IP addresses and/or users who have voted?
This could be useful for post-vote analysis etc.

The patch will have to be re-rolled with new suggestions/changes described in the comments in the issue.
The change is currently missing an automated test that fails when run with the original code, and succeeds when the bug has been fixed.

The code here is a bit outdated.
Would like to see this rebased as a MR targetting 2.0.x.
As for the route, I think it's best to stick to the current scheme : /poll/{poll}/votes
