Drupical still uses Drupal 7 for drupical.com
It's time to create and enhance it with D8 :)
currently we are working on small sprints on it and will update this issue with finished tasks

- import system ✔
- migration of old data ✔

It's likely this issue predates Contrib.social: some issue and comment data are missing.
New Drupal 10 Backend is in place.
json for other systems is not needed any more, as we have now an api over at
https://www.drupal.org/community/events/ →
