    Brought this up in #needs-review-queue-initiative.

    I think if #2 still failed in 10.1 then this would still be necessary. But my understanding is that we no longer have the backport in D10 because we use a newer version of jQuery, so this would be a wont fix for D10 at least, and probably not going to happen for 9.5.

    Since #2 didn't fail in Drupal 8 and #11 doesn't fail for D10 this isn't needed anymore and doesn't need to lay around.

    If anyone disagrees please reopen.
