[site:name] token in welcome email is URL and not plain text which causes usability issues.

My scenario.
I am in beta.
I have beta users create a site.
They are testing the registration process.
In the email [site:name] returns a link instead of the plain text site name. The causes a problem because people click on that link which is not the wanted behavior.

1. Should [site:name] just be a plain text version of the site name?
2. Should another token be created [site:name-html] that renders the site name as a link?

I tested this on Drupal 10.1.x, standard install. I created a user, forcing the sending of an email notification. Looking at that email the site name was in plain text. It was not a URL.

I was hoping to find when this was fixed but I was not successful. I am closing this a outdated.

If you are experiencing this problem on a supported version of Drupal reopen the issue, by setting the status to 'Active', and provide complete steps to reproduce the issue β†’ (starting from "Install Drupal core").

    Thanks!
