Support uninstalling modules that provide bundles for content entity types

Problem/Motivation

In #2688945-119: Allow removing a module's content entities prior to module uninstallation β†’ , it was brought up that the patch does not address uninstalling modules that provide bundles for content entity types.

Proposed resolution

Change \Drupal\system\Form\PrepareModulesEntityUninstallForm to support an optional bundle parameter.

Remaining tasks

Write a patch, tests, reviews, etc.

User interface changes

Modules that provide bundles for content entity types (e.g. Forum) will be able to be uninstalled through the UI.

API changes

Nope.

Data model changes

Nope.

    Thank you for creating this issue to improve Drupal.

    We are working to decide if this task is still relevant to a currently supported version of Drupal. There hasn't been any discussion here for over 8 years which suggests that this has either been implemented or is no longer relevant. Your thoughts on this will allow a decision to be made.

    Since we need more information to move forward with this issue, the status is now Postponed (maintainer needs more info). If we don't receive additional information to help with the issue, it may be closed after three months.

    As far as I know the proposed resolution hasn't happened in another issue in the meantime, so this would be still be worthwhile :)
