Add functionality to add new terms

I've updated the solution from #66 and create a merge request (attached patch is the latest version of the changes in MR):
- cleaned up a code a little bit
- made the create_new_items setting processable in js
- implemented dependency injection
- fixed langcode handling for term creation.

On drupal 10.2 #patch70 allows me to select "Allow creating new items" and "Allow creating new levels" but I have no additional options in the node edit form

Anyone willing to take the onus for RTBC and explain which patches are needed? I hear a report about 2 additional patches, which patches are those? 2 additional patches would tell me there's three patches, which three patches?

Can someone please clarify?
