Problem/Motivation

See: #2293627: [meta] Document Human Interface Guidelines and make Seven style guide

Proposed resolution

Here's my proposal description.

/*
Button styling that can be applied to any element (<link>, <button>, <input>, etc.)

.button--primary - The primary action on the page, ideally there should only be one of these within sight.
.button--small - Sometimes tight spaces recommend the use of smaller controls. Such situations include WYSIWYG toolbars, filter forms and table rows.
.button--danger - Use for buttons that perform a destructive action such as deleting a node
:disabled - Disabled buttons are useful for unavailable actions.

Remaining tasks

* Write the patch
* Move the file into a KSS test repo and compile to test
* Agree the description text is correct

Blocking issues

* Find a solution for #9, to make sure we respect the CSS Coding Standards for documentation. Once we got this out the way, we have to rewrite the patch, respecting the coding standards.

  • CSS

    It involves the content or handling of Cascading Style Sheets.

  • Usability

    Makes Drupal easier to use. Preferred over UX, D7UX, etc.

  • Needs reroll

    The patch will have to be re-rolled with new suggestions/changes described in the comments in the issue.
