Dependent on: #2064367: User's forget their current context on long pages β†’

"Users want to have form submit buttons visible at all times and not need to scroll to find them" is a well known usability issue.

If the branding region has a fixed position the form submits can be added there, aligned to the right. As in Rubik theme they can still be at the bottom of the form as well if we feel that is needed, but their presence in the branding region would at least make them available at all times and remove ridiculous amounts of repetitive scrolling from the experience.

As part of the Bug Smash Initiative, we are triaging issues that are marked "Postponed (maintainer needs more info)". This issue was marked "Postponed (maintainer needs more info)" almost two years ago.

Since there was no additional information provided since it was requested last year, I'm marking the issue "Closed (won't fix)". If anyone can provide the additional required, update the issue summary and set the issue status back to "Active" [or "Needs Work" if it has a patch, etc.].

    Thanks!
