The label for this area that will be displayed only administratively. It's a little silly, because you could just say the word Administrative in the label of the field and it would indicate this information. No need for a description

Just going through old issues. #1838010: Remove redundant admin labeling on AreaPluginBase → seems to have fixed most of this, the description on the remaining Administrative title is much clearer.
If people still feel that is something to improve here, feel free to reopen this.
