When trying to apply the patch 3384600-5.patch, it errors out with "can't find file to patch at input line 14". Any idea why?

I also have the same issue in Drupal 10.

I am trying to create the pdf with a view_mode created with Layout Builder, but only show the fields without the format. Are there any available pdf libraries that use flex?

Alright, after a bit of hair pulling I found the problem. Seems I move a file to the wrong place and the database couldn't find it.
