Custom Theme Appearance/Setting Page Blank after Drupal 10 Upgrade

Problem/Motivation

After I cleared the site with Upgrade Status, I was able to successfully composer update the site to Drupal 10.1. Everything looked okay until I went into Appearance/Settings/Custom Theme and the page is just blank. The page for Barrio Bootstrap and Clark work fine.

Steps to reproduce

I checked the custom theme’s info.yml file and verified that it referenced Drupal ^10 and can find no errors on Status or other reports.

Alright, after a bit of hair pulling I found the problem. Seems I move a file to the wrong place and the database couldn't find it.
