did you tried to debug like in #5?
Steps to reproduce on fresh install.
- Install Content moderation.
- Configure a content type to use content revision and moderation states.
- Set TCA to the same content type.
- try to save the node with debug info in #5.
Another ref 🐛 TCA is causing entities to be save twice Active
refactor.
