we just tried the 3.0.x branch (but only the wsdata block ) and all is OK.
Is it possible de create the tag for this D10 version ?

As the patch can't be applied on 8.x-1.11, I tried the 8.x-1.x branch, and with this version the issue seems not to be here anymore.

The precedent related issues should have solve my problem, so I think there is no more work on this issue, sorry.

Having no role configured in a channel should not cause an error when a role is removed.

That's Ok now, no more error when I remove a role. Thanks !
