Sort order of time slots is wrong

This is caused by 🐛 Sort exception days from soonest to latest Fixed , which sorts days, and subsequently 🐛 Sort order of Same day time slots is lost Fixed that sorts the slots in a day.

I cannot explain why the error only appears on some weekdays.
Does the error also occur on Exception days?

Please test attached patch. It may help, in case your database is different from mine, and 900 < 1200 is regarded a strings.

As the patch can't be applied on 8.x-1.11, I tried the 8.x-1.x branch, and with this version the issue seems not to be here anymore.

The precedent related issues should have solve my problem, so I think there is no more work on this issue, sorry.
