Moving back to 11 version for next patches.
I am adding this patch with fixed lint issues for 9.5 version.
I understand that new features need to be worked on in 11.x but I'm currently working on a 9.5 project and want to make the patch work for 9.5 first and then I will make additional patches for 10.0, 10.1 and 11. I am being mentored by Kristen Pol and others on getting this in before I work on the D10 and D11 patches. I will move the version back once my 9.5 is passing.

Updating version to 8.7 instead 8.0.
I agree with @nicxvan. This issue should be targeting 8.7 instead of 8.0. Updating the issue to reflect that.
The fix for this issue https://www.drupal.org/node/3313766 → hasn't been merged so still the problem is present.
I am closing this one as there is another issue cloned to fix the initial one.
