Overrides the default no_ results_text and search_contains placeholder options via the chosen_selectfield widget. It would be easy to add more option overrides, but maybe the form would get too big?

This patch replaces ConnectException with generic GuzzleException so that 4xx and 5xx errors are also handled.

I think it is safe to replace gmstrftime with date function. I did not have time apply this to all use cases / only works for hourly so far.
