I have created a patch and now this theme will work with drupal 10. The base theme has now been changed to stable9 and core_version_requirement to ^9.3.
Please apply the patch and review.
I cloned your theme on my system with drupal 10.0.x, and it says it requires the "CLASSY THEME". Screenshot attached.
Also, on when I cloned via version control, there is only one version of the theme, i.e., 1.0.x, and the issue is assigned for version 2.0.0.

Patch applied successfully. Tested on ajans theme 1.3.x and drupal 10.0.x. Working fine. Attaching screenshot.
I reviewed the patch and it applied well and is fixing the issue, but it aligns the footer text to bottom of footer section. Refer to screenshots.
