Table CSS not aligned

Hi, Tested the Patch #2, fixes the table style issue, the style looks good. Attaching the ss for reference.

I cloned your theme on my system with drupal 10.0.x, and it says it requires the "CLASSY THEME". Screenshot attached.

Also, on when I cloned via version control, there is only one version of the theme, i.e., 1.0.x, and the issue is assigned for version 2.0.0.

I have created a patch and now this theme will work with drupal 10. The base theme has now been changed to stable9 and core_version_requirement to ^9.3.
Please apply the patch and review.

Hello, the patch provided in #2 applied successfully, and the table styling looks good now. Attaching ss for reference.
Also applied patch provided in #6, applies successfully, however as I already have classy theme in my instance (10.0.5), I didn't face the issue about the classy theme requirement.
RTBC+1 - the table looks good.
