Toolbar scrolls on setting Ajans as Admin Theme

Problem/Motivation

I was just trying to set the theme for admin and this issue came up.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Installed drupal 10.0.x
  2. Installed Ajans 1.3.x
  3. Set Ajans as Administration theme
  4. On scrolling the page, the toolbar scrolls up along with the whole page

Proposed resolution

Add missing class in the toolbar to render the CSS for it properly.
