I have followed all the steps in your comment but still I'm facing the same issue

I'm not familiar with MS Azure but after my research I believe there is a missing step for OAuth authentication to get the access token to initiate the request

@alfattal would you please share your virtual host configurations?

@smustgrave patch #68 works with Drupal 9.6.5. Did you test it on that version?

Tested manually it works on Drupal core 9.5.6

I don't know if this patch is not effecting other forms ,but in my case is working fine
