Great to see new faces yesterday. We discussed the updates to the Candidate entity in the Recruiter and Standard versions. We also reviewed for new folks the overall scope of the project, and it's parts and pieces. We also did make another addition of the Lead entity to the Recruiter / Pro version. It can now be found in the spec in detail. We will be adding this and issuing tickets as we are able.

Today we will be reviewing the progress in the past two weeks:

    1. Review of legacy system by UX Principal
    2. Creation of bug fix for Candidate entity
    3. Review of Candidate entity in comparison for final legacy content migration (Esteemed). This will prove the system is ready for use in that area.
    4. Identify next steps and discuss tickets that are pending creation in the next handful of days.
    5. Created Entity process flow diagram created for viewing by those in need of understanding the Business Requirements
    6. Identified and updated Tech Spec for for Recruiter Version additions identified thus far. Contact, Company, and Opportunity entities. Added details on these in the spec doc.
    7. Tear Sheets discussed as a need that is missing and needs to be added
    8. Discussed separate role need for those engaging in Screening Candidates that may not be a part of the workstream otherwise

    Create tickets, and explore requirements for:

    • Job Scraper functionality (Recruiter version)
    • Resume parsing
    • AI (ChatGPT) to scan and reformat according to Standardizing formatting, Recommend different changes in reference to the Applicant, so it can vet skills vs job reqs, and recommend tailoring a resume to that job.

    Also discussed is the merge and deploy schedule which will occur Monday of each week, if any work has been done over the prior week. QA will be performed each Tuesday for any work merged and deployed. We can then also discuss any items in need of further clarification on calls every other Wed at 12:00 PM PT / 3:00 PM ET
