The Candidate content type requires a State display that offers a visual representation as to where the Candidate is in the hiring pipeline.
Create CSS and appropriate php logic tied to the Workflow https://ostraining.com/blog/drupal/how-to-use-the-workflows-module-in-dr... module.
All candidates move through a workflow of stages including Pre-screen, Submission, Interview, Screening, Offer Extended, and Placement. These are apparent to the user on the Candidate Edit and View displays in a visual collection of buttons/pills, accompanied by a notification bubble if there are any associated Notes for viewing tied to any one step. The user should be able to see what stage the candidate is in the hiring pipeline as displayed in the example in the ATS Tech Spec google document. See the link here.
