I've enabled promoting to library, I've set "From Library" as a paragraph option for the Entity reference revisions field type for the paragraph.
When I click "Add from library" button, I get a paragraph with a "Select reusable paragraph" button. I click that button and it opens a modal window to allow selection. This works for Administrator, but I cannot determine the correct permission for non-administrators. I've tried all the paragraph and paragraph library permissions to no avail.
With Linkit 6.1.4 on Drupal 10.3.1 using "Direct URL to media file entity" links to the Media entity and not the direct file. Issue 3354873 says this was fixed, but it still links to the entity and not the file, however, screenshots on that page show other options that I don't find available: "Direct download URL for media item (Browser may display media directly)" which is exactly what I'm looking for.
Not sure if this would be the right place, but I have also noticed that the "Do a Google CSE Search instead of a Drupal Search when a 404 occurs" setting does not activate the search. The search form appears, the key words are entered, but no search is performed.

@atul_ghate thanks for the work you did, I took @tra.duong's suggestion and implemented the dialog button's html and styles for the message. Sharing in case anyone else wants the patch, I doubt it'll make it into core but I like being able to close the messages.
