It's hard to differentiate between the Text Formats on the Filter Tips page. Let's clean this up.
I'm proposing we use jQuery UI Tabs to switch between the text formats. This hides/shows only the relevant information that the user wants, rather then an never ending scrolling page. See the attached "Before" and "After" screenshots, along with how it degrades gracefully ("No JavaScript")...
