Hoping this is minor: Something changed between 4.0.0-beta5 and 4.0.0-beta6, and running drush updb yields this:
[error] The installed version of the /Image Field Caption/ module is too old to
update. Update to a version prior to
image_field_caption_post_update_apply_new_settings first (missing updates:
0).
Composer update to 4.0.0-beta6 from either 4.0.0-beta5 or 3.0.1, maybe others (I haven't tested them).
The error goes away with a rollback to beta5, followed by drush updb.
