Path to Beta Release

Removing ✨ Prevent embedded content from anonymous users Active from Beta list. This is a bit trickier than it seemed at first, and might involve more refactoring at this stage than is wise.

Added 💬 Can no longer insert / override CSS since update to 2.0.0-alpha5 Active to milestone.

Adding two more issues.

Removing 💬 Upload button missing? Can't add h5p files on new D8 install Active – this is a feature request, but the behavior as-is works.

Removing 🐛 Deprecated code warning when inserting images Active and 🐛 h5p/h5p-editor:1.25 deprecated function: Creation of dynamic property Active . No luck getting in touch h5p-editor-php-library team for updated release, and issues are only code deprecation warnings.

Removing closed (outdated) issues: 🐛 Missing config schema for H5P field value Needs work and 💬 "Course Presentation" content type missing Active .

Removing unreproducible issue 🐛 Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'activeSurface') Active .

Added a section for capturing release note content, so nothing gets lost in merges.

Splitting some issues that need more investigation/discussion/work into a beta2, to show my colleagues' and my thinking on how to approach releases. We think we can wrap up the other issues issues for a beta1 with the time we have this week.

@catch My colleagues at my organization and I think this is almost ready for a beta1 release. Our maintainers can't create a release; is this something you'd be able to to do, and any steps that would be helpful?

@maya maier I have access to create releases and I can make a release.

I think we should probably add 🐛 H5P settings not always available in iframe Active to the beta1 blockers if 📌 Use div embed regardless of H5P plugin Active has been descoped to beta2 because they affect the same code.

I think the main thing is some general testing once the individual issues are all merged to make sure the combination of two issues hasn't caused an unexpected regression.

@catch Agreed on the general testing—our QA tester is working on writing a test plan that we'll run before release.
