Adjust user experience for entity view displays

This form is now centrally managed by a Form Builder service, so any change in "Manage display" UI will also be visible in other integrations. Keeping this consistency is important to us.

Bu the way:

• "Display Builder" (title case, with capital B) is the name of the product / module
• "Display builder" (sentence case, with lower B) is the name of both the config entity and the instance stored in the state API (but the config entity may be renamed "Profile" later)

I will have a look as soon as 📌 [1.0.0-alpha2] Add content display overrides Active is merged because there is some changes there which may be related to your proposal.

I have rebased your MR before reviewing and it seems some of the changes you are proposing were already done in 📌 [1.0.0-alpha2] Add content display overrides Active :

• 'Layout' of the form
• No "click here" link
• Imperative wording instead of casual.

I have tried to keep the rest of your proposals and make them fit with the current code structure of ConfigFormBuilder: https://git.drupalcode.org/project/display_builder/-/merge_requests/51/d...

DisplayBuilderEntityViewDisplayForm was removed in a previous commit by the way.
