• Should the slide deck should introduce topics / initiatives for the contribution event?
• Direct people to a link with initiatives and topics
• Less work to maintain slide deck
• Adding topic / initiatives from core deck, but does it need to be on the core deck?
• Continue working on 45-60 minute version and then mentors can work on 90 + 1/2 day if it is still relevant later.
• Who should now have access to edit and provide feedback on the canonical slide deck?
• Anyone with Mentoring Drive access to edit.
• Document how to apply a theme / making a theme.
• Transcribe recordings into scripted text.

• Spreadsheet is ready in the drive, but needs a run-through of how to map/audit as an example.
• Some mentors have mentioned finding and auditing old documentation.
• Keep the spreadsheet high-level, but document count of sub-pages, sub-documents, etc...

• Some things are broken with added items that Chris would like help with.
• Maybe have to dechart and rechart to make it work.
• Jess mentioned her expertise in Excel and could fix this up.

• Determining leads and mentors that can help leads who have larger roles.
• Chris created the Event Layout / Spacing Planning document and mentoring leads reviewed.
• Adjust room sizes for General / Mentored contribution
• Document has been getting updated after discussion with event organizers.

• Rachel asked Tim about the core calendar.
• Next step is to create a joint calendar with Working Groups to make sure they are okay with it.
• Event Organizers Working Group EOWG and Community Working Group CWG are fine with meetings on calendar.

• Determine number of Mentor tickets available.

• Ask Gábor about initiative / track topics for contribution.
• This is in mentoring coordinators Slack channel.

• Matthew is behind on things this ~~week~~ month and needs to reach out to Michael and Jimmy
• Make event organizers channel modeled after Vienna channel and invite contribution event organizers and committee members.
