The lead-up to events requires a lot of information to be prepared for the Event organisers, along with a lot of decisions that need to be made and locked down.
To track when all these need to be made, we need a spreadsheet of all of the timeframes including when a decision needs to start to be collected, when it needs to be locked down, and by when it needs to be provided to the event staff.

Small thing, but can we change the date format from mm-dd-yyyy to yyyy-mm-dd in the calculated date cells in Vienna 2025 tab?
Having a tab that's "empty" to act as a starting point "start here" might be helpful for contribution-focused Drupal camps. Then we could have people copy the spreadsheet (like how we copy the 1st time contributor workshop slides) for their event.
