After auditing mentor and mentoring documentation, we need to propose future documentation "stores" such as on drupal.org, GitLab pages.
A proposal exists that mentors and mentoring coordinators can review that is a plan for consolidating documentation.
It should describe for a given type of documentation where that documentation should be stored.
It should provide a plan for implementation.
Analyze the results of the audit to come up with a proposal.
Write the proposal
Review the proposal
Make any changes to the proposal
Adopt the proposal
Create follow-up issues for implementation
