• Summary and discussion was done in mentoring coordinator channel.
• Michaela, Rachel, and Chris were able to make the meeting.

• Feedback: Meeting minutes are difficult to find in issue queue.
• Channel for DrupalCon event organization leads for each specific event.
• Encourage only lead communication / organization to reduce noise for more public channels.
  • "Channel purely for organizing items prior to each contribution event."
  • Coordination with event organizers for non-sensitive discussion.
• Requests for wider community should be made in more public channels.
• Topics for all mentors should go in the main mentoring channel.
• Event Planning Lead should update the Monthly Meta Meeting agenda.
• Channels should be archived after the event after any useful information makes its way into documentation.
