Meeting with Michaela, James, Rachel, and Chris 2025.06.13 to review timeline document and expectations, slide deck, rooms
Summary and discussion was done in mentoring coordinator channel.
Michaela, Rachel, and Chris were able to make the meeting.
Feedback: Meeting minutes are difficult to find in issue queue.
Channel for DrupalCon event organization leads for each specific event.
Encourage only lead communication / organization to reduce noise for more public channels.
"Channel purely for organizing items prior to each contribution event."
Coordination with event organizers for non-sensitive discussion.
Requests for wider community should be made in more public channels.
Topics for all mentors should go in the main mentoring channel.
Event Planning Lead should update the Monthly Meta Meeting agenda.
Channels should be archived after the event after any useful information makes its way into documentation.

Spreadsheet is ready in the drive, but needs a run-through of how to map/audit as an example.
Some mentors have mentioned finding and auditing old documentation.
Keep the spreadsheet high-level, but document count of sub-pages, sub-documents, etc...
