Regression: 4.1.13 causes fatal Error on update

Problem/Motivation

Updating to 4.1.13 causes the WSOD with the following error:

TypeError: drowl_header_slides_block_build_alter(): Argument #2 ($block) must be of type BlockPluginInterface, Drupal\entity_submenu_block\Plugin\Block\EntitySubmenuBlock given, called in /var/www/html/web/core/lib/Drupal/Core/Extension/ModuleHandler.php on line 552 in drowl_header_slides_block_build_alter() (line 24 of modules/contrib/drowl_header_slides/drowl_header_slides.module).

Caused by 🐛 Empty detection in theme doesn't work anymore due to Active .
