• Continue working on 45-60 minute version and then mentors can work on 90 + 1/2 day if it is still relevant later.

Updating timeframe documents and converting to a spreadsheet including subtask files

Resolving the calendar for meetings and events

  • Rachel asked Tim about the core calendar.
  • Next step is to create a joint calendar with Working Groups to make sure they are okay with it.
  • Event Organizers Working Group EOWG and Community Working Group CWG are fine with meetings on calendar.

  • Need a tools channel to collaborate regardless of DrupalForge, DrupalPod, ddev, etc...
    • Even if working on separate solutions discussion and advisory discussion could end up there.

• Proposal: any proposed solutions need to be presented (and tested) to mentoring leads by [date].
• First step is to contact Ofer.

DrupalCon Vienna Planning

• Determine number of Mentor tickets available.
• Ask Gábor about initiative / track topics for contribution.

DrupalCon Nara Planning

• On agenda for next week,
  • Ping contribution committee about organizing contribution day.
  • Figuring out what we have to work with in Nara.
• DrupalCon Asia goal is to jump start local community of the host country and city.
