Remove dependency on crop modules

Background

There is no technical "hard" dependency with manual crop.

However, if manual crop / focal point gets enabled later on. Then the rift would have to generate corresponding styles.

So instead of trying to dynamically detect if module is enabled or not, rift declares a hard dependency and generates required image styles for the popular modules that it supports.

This way, when a Site-builder decides to add Focal Point/Manual Crop feature later on in the project, it should just work.
