Dependency to gin_toolbar prevents upgrade to core 11.2

Problem/Motivation

We try to upgrade a drupal site to latest core (>11.2). We have gin, gin_toolbar and gin_lb installed. We need to upgrade to gin 5 and gin_toolbar 3 to be compatible with core 11.2. But gin_lb will not be compatible with gin_toolbar 3.

Steps to reproduce

Install core 11.2, gin 5, gin_toolbar 3 and try to install gin_lb.

Proposed resolution

There is a version, that is compatible with gin_toolbar 3.
